About ASAP

ASAP Lawyers and its predecessor firms has been operating in Melbourne’s northern suburbs since 1982. The firm was established by Livio Belvedere and Neil Crosthwaite and now operates from our main office in Heidelberg with a branch office in the growing outer suburb of Doreen (Laurimar).

The firm’s activities have traditionally focused on property law and conveyancing. However, with recent expansion and the recruitment of talented younger lawyers, the firm now accepts instructions in a wide array of matters and, as we have done for many years, for a multitude of commercial and private clients, including clients from many of Melbourne’s various social and cultural groups. Clients may provide instructions in as many as five different languages.

Regardless of the area of law, we pride ourselves in working collaboratively with our clients and their other advisors to help them achieve their objectives. At all times, we aim to maintain the highest standards of service.

We attach great importance on our relations with our clients and we aim to provide practical and commercially oriented advice calling on our familiarity with and knowledge of Melbourne’s unique local business culture.

We are located within the main Laurimar shopping centre upstairs opposite Laurimar Primary School at first floor, Suite 10, 107 Hazel Glen Drive, Doreen.

There are two entries to the building. Entry via Hazel Glen Drive is next to Aprett Café ( 101 Hazel Glen Drive). Proceed to level 1 and down the hallway past Laurimar Health. The other entry is via the rear carpark take the stairs  and walk towards the glass doors.

The entry via Aprett Café has an elevator.

The nearest parking is available behind the building via Newstead Road.

Office Hours: 9am- 5pm Monday- Friday

We are located in Warringal Chambers, 47 Burgundy Street, Heidelberg. The entry is between Heritage Indian Restaurant and Northern Eye Centre on the ground floor. We are located up 2 flights of stairs in Suite 4.

If you have any issues with getting up the stairs, please notify us and we can make alternative arrangements.

One hour parking is available on Burgundy Street. Three hour parking is available across the road in the Warringal Shopping Centre car park.
